Matthew Ghanem is an accomplished Senior Executive with demonstrated success in human resource recruitment and management, medical practice management, and the sales and management of the medical device industry. Leveraging extensive experience in strategic product positioning, aligning and managing sales territories, and developing turnaround strategies for medical device companies, Matthew’s broad areas of expertise include talent acquisition, team building, people management, customer relationship management (CRM), and operations management. His career has been defined by his leadership, along with his ability to secure positions of increasing influence and seniority.
National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers was founded by Matthew and Dr. Khanna in mid-2018 and in less than 5 years, there are currently over 20 clinics in operation nationwide.
Matthew’s career, prior to starting the National Breathe Free Sinus & Allergy Centers, involved multiple leadership roles in the medical device industry (Ear, Nose and Throat specifically), and in the hospitality business.
Matthew received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University, Graduate School of Business. Matthew currently resides in Paradise Valley, AZ with his wife, Ginna, their two dogs (Seven and Jordan) and their two cats (Coach and Oliver).
